1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using Kiomon's services, infrastructure, and application (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not use the Service to transmit, store, display, or distribute any content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities.
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets).
- Violates the privacy or rights of others, including unauthorized sharing of personal or sensitive data.
- Is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
- Contains malware, viruses, trojan horses, or any other harmful malicious code.
3. System Abuse and Integrity
You must not attempt to compromise the integrity or security of the Service. Prohibited actions include:
- Bypassing, circumventing, or attempting to bypass our security measures and authentication systems.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the Service.
- Subjecting our infrastructure to unreasonable or disproportionately large loads, including Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
- Using automated systems, scrapers, or bots in a way that violates our rate limits or disrupts the Service for other users.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems or networks without explicit written permission.
4. Communication Abuse
The Service may not be used to transmit unsolicited commercial communications. You must not:
- Send spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited bulk emails.
- Use the Service to impersonate another person, entity, or Kiomon staff member.
- Engage in phishing or social engineering attacks.
5. Content Ownership and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you ingest, process, or store using Kiomon. You must ensure you have the appropriate rights, licenses, and permissions to capture and process the data you encounter on third-party websites or integrate via third-party APIs.
6. Enforcement and Violations
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor use of the Service. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
- Temporarily or permanently suspending your access to the Service.
- Removing or disabling access to any prohibited content.
- Reporting the violation to relevant law enforcement authorities.
We may take these actions without prior notice to you. Kiomon will not be liable for any damages resulting from actions taken in response to AUP violations.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to support@kiomon.com.
